1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Spot & Spark account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Spot & Spark.

2. Accounts & Roles

Spot & Spark offers two account types: Members (fitness partners) and Trainers (certified professionals). Trainer accounts require certification verification before listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and the security of your credentials.

3. Bookings & Payments

Training sessions are paid in advance and held in escrow until completion. Trainers must confirm bookings within 24 hours or the payment is automatically refunded. Cancellations 12+ hours before a session are refunded in full; later cancellations are credited at 50%.

4. Trainer Payouts

Trainer earnings settle weekly, minus the platform commission (15% standard, 12% Elite tier). Soliciting or accepting payment outside the platform is prohibited and results in account termination.

5. Community Rules

• No harassment, hate speech or threats.
• No spam, scams or unsolicited commercial content.
• No impersonation or fake credentials.
• No soliciting payments outside the platform.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension or a permanent ban at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions

Premium and Trainer subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Manage Subscription; access continues to the end of the billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spot & Spark connects members and trainers but is not a party to training sessions. Exercise involves inherent risk — consult a physician before beginning any program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spot & Spark is not liable for injuries or damages arising from sessions or member interactions.
