1. What we collect

We collect profile information (name, photos, age, fitness goals and preferences), approximate location for gym-based matching, booking and payment records, and content you post to the community.

2. How we use it

• Powering partner matching and trainer discovery near you.
• Processing bookings, subscriptions and trainer payouts (via Stripe — we never store full card numbers).
• Keeping the community safe: verification, moderation and fraud prevention.
• Service notifications you control from Settings.

3. What we never do

We never sell your personal data. Your precise location is never shown to other members — only gym-level proximity. Chat content is private to its participants and reviewed only when reported.

4. Data retention & deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Account data is permanently erased within 30 days of a deletion request; anonymised booking records may be retained for financial compliance.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, port or erase your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
